Welcome to Girl Chat, an exclusive chatting app designed for users aged 18 and above. Before using our services, please read the following Terms of Use carefully. By accessing and using the Girl Chat app, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Age Restriction: Girl Chat is intended for individuals who are 18 years old or older. By using our app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. User Conduct: Users are responsible for the content they post, share, or send through the app. Explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content is not allowed. Users are expected to engage in respectful and responsible communication. Harassment, hate speech, adult content, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Privacy and Image Uploads: Users have the option to upload images within the app. By doing so, you acknowledge that you have the right to share these images and that they comply with our content guidelines. We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
4. Content Guidelines: Users are prohibited from sharing explicit adult content, illegal material, or any content that violates local laws or our community standards. Girl Chat reserves the right to moderate and remove any content that breaches these guidelines without prior notice.

10. Prohibition Against Fake News: Users are not allowed to spread fake news regarding the app. If found doing so, the user's account will be blocked.
11. No Spamming: Spamming is not allowed. If found doing so, the user's account will be blocked.
12. Prohibition Against Abusive Behavior: Abusing other users or any religion is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their accounts blocked.
13. Single ID Usage: Users can only chat using one ID at a time. If multiple IDs are used simultaneously, the additional IDs will be blocked.
14. No Unauthorized App Promotion: Promoting other apps in the group without permission is not allowed. Violators will have their accounts suspended.
15. No Sharing of Mobile Numbers: Sharing mobile numbers in the group is not permitted. Any shared numbers will be deleted.
16. All the avatars used in the application are fake. If you have a problem with any avatar or you are its owner, please mail us and we will remove it immediately.
Content Not Permitted for Promotion:
1. Uploading sexually explicit images.
2. Failing to provide sufficient safeguards against threats, harassment, or bullying, particularly towards minors.
3. Posts, comments, or photos primarily intended to harass or single out another person for abuse, malicious attacks, or ridicule.
If you do not accept this policy, please exit the app.
